  • Due to the partial government shutdown airports are advising you get there at least TWO HOURS before your flight to avoid any delays.

  • The NYC team will meet at our office location at Fulton Street Industrious 

    • 200 Broadway, 3rd Floor, New York, NY

    • The office is on the 3rd floor of the Fulton Street station.

    • You can take the elevator to the 2nd floor (shake shack floor) then the stairs to get up to industrious are behind the elevator.

  • We will be gathering at Terminal A Departures.

     If your flight does not arrive at Terminal A, you can simply request an Uber and hop a quick ride over to the Terminal A Departures area (Uber has it listed as a selection when you choose the airport)

    • I will be there with a bright green flag β€” but if you have any trouble locating the group call Beth

    • We expect to depart Newark Airport by 1:30 PM and arrive at the venue between 3:30–4:00 PM.

  • We’ll have welcome dinner and drinks on Wednesday at 7pm. SOTC26 will kick off the following morning at 930am. View full itinerary‍ ‍

  • Keep it smart casual during the day β€” and if you want to dress it up a little for dinner, go for it! No formal attire needed.

  • Toss a swimsuit in your bag β€” the resort has indoor pools, perfect for some downtime. The grounds are beautiful too, so if you feel like taking a walk, bring a pair of sneakers to keep your other shoes clean. And don't forget your work laptop, just in case you need to pull something up for a presentation or anything client-related comes up while we're offsite.
